I still like what a old Paladin once said in Guildchat in Everquest: "Untill I see the DNA test results .. your ALL DUDES!!"
I do know some females play though, met a bunch in RL at Everquest fan faires.
It has changed a lot over the years too as more and more of the Nintendo generation mature.
back when I started on line gameing in 1999 I would estimate way less than 10% were RL females... but now its much more socialy acceptable for a girl to play computer games than it was back in the 90's when only the geeks played these sort of games.
