Have you ever seen a device that is like a scrolling ad feed, or banner runner, that can be placed inside a store? I could start placing individual ads around the store for these folks - I'm getting pretty good numbers of eyes, lately. But was thinking that a board in a high traffic part of the store, that ran constant banners or just simple lines of scroll....would catch the eyes. And eventually, some customers might tp to it directly, just to catch the current sales or promotions for the day.

Has anyone seen anything like that? I haven't. I've only seen basic ad boards.

Mickey, I have no idea if this is the sort of thing you mean, but a few of us over on the Advice on Sales thread use a system called the BO-Xchange. I'll pass you some info and the latest version so you can have a look at it. It's basically an exchange system where those with ads inside place the BO-Xchange out in their store for others to see. Each ad has a LM linked to it and it scrolls through the ads at 15 second intervals.

I will miss seeing the signature ads here. Putting names, personalities and "the stuff they make" together was one of the best things about lurking here.

(ok, this is my 100th post. I can die happy now).
