my account was close with no Reasons

my account was close today . i pay money ever month and i have a land in game ! i use all my free time ! all my money i buy from second life web ! i don't know why they close my account ! i from china my english so poor . but i like this game ! and i pay money and time to play this game . any one can tell me what can i do with my account now ?

I'm working on the same issue for a friend of mine, all you can do is send an email to [email=support@lindenlab.com]support@secondlife.com[/email] and ask for the reason. Imho ppl are getting kicked off way too fast now without any notice. The new AR system is not good.

they kill my Heart I spent a lot of my energies and time in the game,and i really love this game.Sincerly, I told all my friends who like the game as me to play it ,so i cant part from them and i cant leave the game away

I hope you find out what happened to your account and that it can be fixed, you sure have my sympathy. I have dear friends here and would hate to be kicked off and not able to see them.

Are you sure your account has been closed? I know I get messages sometimes that SL cannot be accessed from this computer but it rights itself in a short time. It appears to be just a case of access problems at certain times but SL messages seem to be random what comes up.

81, I sympathise with you. I cannot imagine how sad I'd be if I got closed out of SL. What exactly is the message you receive on trying to login?

Try not to panic , I'm sure this can be resolved .

You said your account is closed ? ..... do you still have the account if you click on " My account " on the main secondlife page ?

Are you just not able to log in to the world ? .. And what message are you reciving if you do try and log in ?

Allso have a look at your emails ... the one you used to start your secondlife account , If your banned you should have a email telling you why ( i seem to remember being told this )

Again .. don't panic ... you will be able to get back in soon !

If the account was lost/closed, 81 Oh wouldn't be able to sign in the forums and make posts using that account. If the issue is with the client not gaining authorisation from the game loggin servers, that a server issue. Try making an alt, if successful, you would have proved it isn't your end at least, also you will be able to contact your friends and let them know you are okay for the time being.

That message sounds like it's a billing issue. Did your last tier payment complete properly? Did your credit card expire and you haven't updated the new expiration date on your billing info?

Sounds like you have not paid your bills 81. Or that LL have mistakenly disabled your account because they think you did not pay. All you can do is try renewing you account, update your CC details etc, keep calling them, keep emailing them.

They screwed up a lot of people's credit card information. I believe this was part of them moving to a third-party billing service. Try re-entering your information.

For me, I just entered a new card. I was billed on the new credit card, but my account info lists the new card type, but the old card info. *sighs* Nice job, again, LL.

You reach a point of saturation where you don't care about reporting bugs anymore because there are so many and they don't seem to really care. Why bother? Bugs aren't shiny.

You mean to tell me that if a premium member fails to pay the premium, they are completely locked out of the grid? They can't get on at all? Yet as a non-premium member, I am not subject to such an unfair practice?

Yes, that's correct. Not nice, perhaps, but correct.

Of course, the alternative would be to let you into SL but taking away all your premium stuff (i.e. land holdings!). I think losing your land because of a late payment is a lot worse than being temporarily shut out from using your account while the shop on your land continues to generate income you will be able to access when your payment has gone through.

While you try to get this resolved with LL you can create a second account with a new avatar name, if nothing else that will allow you to reconnect with your friends in SL.

I got that same message before when my name in my account information didn't match up with the name on my credit card.

The same exact thing just happened to my friend two minutes ago ! There is NO problem with billing .

*sighs* I see this is still happening. LL really needs to get their act together and start answering people's emails and calls. if their short on employees, then they need to hire more. I know they are swamped but they got their selves into this by making SL free and no CC required. So many people now in SL, that LL can't even handle it anymore.

Be aware of this: Many CC companies and card issuers are denying payment to Linden Lab for fraudulant payments. Whether true or not (for all I know, it could be players struck with sticker shock when they buy land and end up backing out), the fact is, it happened to me. My solution was to set up a Paypal accout and have LL draw from there.

*waits for her turn to get shut out* I knew buying more land was a bad idea right now. I have the premium covered by the selling of L but I didn't cover the tier. Crap. Oh, well. Billing Support will get a lot of calls if I get locked out for that.. after all, that's what speed-dial is for!
