But if the article is genuine then isn't the fact that someone can hack into the game and steal lindens (I know, LL's account site is secure....................no way would I have offered up CC information had it not been) from within the game then there are "cheats".
All it takes is out-date virus/spam software... or a nicely setup phising mail... or a little indentity theft.... no hack/cheat in the game itself is needed. Biggest problem in this kind of matters are unsafe and bad protected computers... and people who believe the content of every mail they get. The combination of those is <bliep>. Morwen |
