Pfft my Gorean baby was wrapped in rep cloth, however unless things changed a lot since I had mine which admittedly was a while before, the difference is only in the way the staff treat you with the service. They observe Gorean customs etc.

Do you spin in a circle like on the sims and suddenly a kid appears in your arms? You can go to their hospital, I had mine in a Gorean sim and it was delivered by stork!!! and a dedicated member ofthe Green Caste.
