My first reaction was the same as a few others, I thought maybe the only way to do it would be to constantly AR, but then I cant see someone getting banned on the strength of AR's from just one person. Although I could be wrong.

I also thought maybe the advertiser has his own personal army of alts with which to harass a person in world, that would annoy them whenever they are in world till they just go crazy and quit. But then that would lead to him eventually being banned also.

So as for his motives, and the total amount of truth in his claims, im completely out of ideas.
Its a conundrum to say the least.

P.S. I just had another idea, apparently the process takes a few weeks, maybe its social engineering, posing as an alluring member of the opposite sex etc, to obtain information through chat. And then put that information to use in some way.
