So I was tinkering with my new lights at my store, when my partner IM'd me to invite me to see her new land she just got.

So I accept the TP request

"Could not teleport.
Sorry, you do not have access to that teleport destination."

I checked the map- you can see it here:

Hmm. red Xs all over. I tried to TP again, then relogged. Still didn't work. I gave up and logged my alt and that was fine. Afterwards, I logged myself back on, and did some more looking around.

Every single Mature rated sim is X'd out on the map to me. Every one.

So am I a guinnea pig for the New World Order? Unverifieds or teens or whoever will be getting this experience- a grid full of.... nothingness. No worries about seeing flying cocks from over the border, there's just nothing there.

Well, my store sim is PG so at least I can work, and my alt can go out visiting, but you know, I'd like to get back to playing with the grown ups!

Íf you are doomed to be the beta tester, please press Ctrl + Alt + D to get the client menu, select "Client --> Disable camera constraints" and try if you're able to cam into all those restricted areas in order to view all the broadly offensive content

if so, age verification is pointless.

OUCH " .. that seems heavy !

So if this is the case ... the theory about it just being bannage for each parcel thats has adult content is blown right out the water.

This does not look good

Edit : .. I can get in ... no red lines ... strenge ...... are you banned form all them sims for being a hoaxer ? haha

This 'lockout' situation has been reported before.
It's probably a database glitch - they happen

I'd venture that a hidden parameter in your user data got flipped somehow. That triggered some "unreleased" code. There's probably all sorts of code modules in the Live Grid that are not meant to be run by us (ever or yet)
Wait until you accidentally get flipped into being a Linden!! Use your deity-powers with restraint please.

Did you recently get your account reinstated? Or called in due to the password glitch?

LL phone staff seems to occasionally make a mistake which locks you out of any mature sim. Open a support ticket and point out that you ended up with a PG restricted account

To get the mature options back in the UI: Client / Character / Character Tests / Toggle PG
(If you don't have a client menu: Ctrl-Alt-D on a PC or Ctrl-Alt-Shift-D on a Mac)

Don't panic! There's nothing new about this. It happened to my main account last October. I called Live Help

and Harry Linden fixed it for me.

I mentioned it at that time, asking if it was something to do with a plan to let teens on the grid and ban them from mature areas, at which point somebody told me it had happened to them a year previously (2005).

I knew I'd seen an option with "PG" in it somewhere but I couldn't find it when trying to solve this thread's problem.

It would be good to have a "Search Interface" option that would search the text of menu options, button titles, popup help, etc.

You could do that with the menu_*.xml files, but the debug menus aren't in there

. I guess they're just baked into the client.

Something else is going on here. I toggled PG, and saw the red Xs on the map like Ace, but unlike Ace, I was still able to enter a Mature sim and have it render around me. Am I missing something?

All week and off and on this month I keep getting the message I have been logged out or can't tp.
Have no clue why this is happening.
I just figured its glitch in SL.

Well toggling PG in that client menu thing took away the red crosses on the map.

I'm still not allowed to teleport to the sims though.

I have a ticket in with the support portal since I found out about the problem, seeing as the live help window (fancy concierge help) is closed until monday.

I suppose I can live with it for now. Luckily I don't make my living stripping for L$. Just a shame I can't do it for fun this weekend

Looks like they're starting to get the age verification stuff move into place, though I have no idea why it's picking on you - a bug, probably.
