Reinstated Avatar can't get to Mature area home

My wife's (RL) avatar Sari Saito was reinstated on may 7,2007. the person that set it up at Linden Labs said everything was ok. - WRONG

The only places she can go is in the PG areas and this is a Mature avatar. She has a home waiting for her in a new sim but she can't get there. and there is no such thing as live help any more. If it still exists where is it.

Can not get thru on the phone and no answers in her e-mail. What does a person have to do to get this resolved, get a lawyer.

There is no blocks between PG and Mature areas on the main grid.
The sim may have a block on it. Check to see if someone needs to be part of a group to visit the sim or if her name is listed as banned on the sim.

I am unable to go anywhere in Second Life, but PG areas. It is a 2004 account, reinstated on the 7th of May.

My map has a red grind on the mature areas...I am not allowed to go to ANY mature area in SL. Someone has to look at my account, on Linden's end, and see what went wrong.
I have screen shot's to show this but apparently Lindens are not looking at the emails I have sent. They also do not answer voice mail..

So what I have is, an account that is worthless, even though it is Premium. There has to be a tech that reads this stuff... This account needs help.!!

Before you say it is my PC, I have another account that goes everywhere she wants.

Actually, accounts can be restricted to only have access to PG sims on the main grid.

You'll need to call them again, Sari, that would be the best way to get it resolved, you're not the first person it has happened to after an account reactivation, so they should know what you're talking about and what to do .

If you find you're missing the "Include Mature" checkbox in search, use the debug menus to get that back (if you don't have a Client menu after Help - Ctrl-Alt-D on a PC or Ctrl-Alt-Shift-D on a Mac to get that):

Thank you for this good advice, I have done what I can here at my end, I will keep trying the phone to get through... Frankly, one would think if someone leaves a message, it would get answered...eventually.

I spent Jan trying to reinstate this account, left 3 messages a week. Never did hear from them. Go figure..!

I'm not sure if leaving a message ever accomplishes anything . Once you do get someone on the phone, things tend to get fixed right away though (remember that LL doesn't man the phone during weekends, or outside of weekday PST business hours).

One more thing you could try is to email [email]inworldsupport@secondlife.com[/email] even though that ends up with Liasons, stress that you haven't been able to get through any other way and hopefully they can bump your problem up to an office Linden who can fix it .
