How come Slingo and such is still running in SL?

As I was aware anything that generated a random number such as a slot machine, poker, slingo, bingo and such was now ilegal in SL?

Sorry I did not want get in crap and things changed so much over the last few months and I have not been in game longer then 10min

Thanks.

I think it's because most slingo/bingo/tringo games are either free to play orthe pot is based on contributions made by the players and/or hosts, so that it's not like you bet $10L and you might get $1000L from the machine's owner. Same for sploders.

It's a district court, not a federal court, so the ruling really only affects Pennsylvania, and sets no precedent outside that district. Nothing to see here, really.
