Thanks. I think it's because most slingo/bingo/tringo games are either free to play orthe pot is based on contributions made by the players and/or hosts, so that it's not like you bet $10L and you might get $1000L from the machine's owner. Same for sploders.

It's a district court, not a federal court, so the ruling really only affects Pennsylvania, and sets no precedent outside that district. Nothing to see here, really.
