/me cranks up the hardcore uplifting trance (his original and higher-quality version of this, to be exact: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fFhB8brEBLs), digs out his favourite fast dance (3FX's "Passion of Shuffle";) and shoves on the Sennheiser headphones before dancing up a farkin' storm. Just because it makes him happy, and just because he can ;)

I don't know if you're on the right track here or not, Skell. But you made me want to mention that I love ALL the pictures that EVERYONE posts. Everyone has a different style and maybe varying degrees of "polish" but every image is a gift of true art and self. And although I feel I'd be too monotonous praising every one every time, I admire and enjoy them ALL very much.

Tonight is Bret Favre's first game as a Viking.

Now the Vikings paid $12 million for his surgically repaired arm for this year. That may seem like a lot, but it was all part of the Cash for Clunkers program...so it's all good.

I LOVE Lexxi's pictures. Not only are they rich in color and most times sexiness, she does a great running commentary along with most of them, that never fails to make me laugh. My favorites are the ones that show her driving abilities. :D

Gift-giving. You'd think it would be such an easy thing. For example, I have the hardest time trying to think of good gifts for my folks. They have everything, need nothing (per se), and really don't want any more tchotchkes to clutter up their home. I finally hit on gift cards/certificates to their favorite restaurants. :)
I've seen it before but I just laughed through the whole thing again. You are so right about gift giving. The restaurant gift card idea is very good.

1. Monday the 7th is a holiday in the States. Would this be a good weekend for the art show?

2. What sort of theme do we want, or no theme at all?

3. Has anyone ever had any DKNY shoes in RL? I am thinking about buying these but I hate to spend the mony on something that falls apart quickly.


4. What's your favorite Prince song? I'm stuck between Little Nikki and Little Red Corvette.
