The 83,000 shown on the index page is the number of replies and is therefore one less that the total number of posts in the thread. So, Brenda posted reply #83,000 which is post number 83,001 in the thread (or it is post #83,001 until Pep deletes some more of his old stuff).  Clever and Smart! . _____________________

I have noted that most of the EQ books are in large type with not many long words tosuit their intended audience. i will note that your opinion is of little value or consequence to the rest of the world. You can't "score" anything on EQ. It is such a nebulous concept that it is unmeasurable. wrong. anything and everything can be measured and scored. No, I don't; they work very well. /me has finally managed to sit down with my tea and start watching my Audrey Hepburn tapes Yesterday my younger sister came to have lunch with me (again). I took her to Tiffany's and tried to explain the idea of breakfast at Tiffany's - I mean Holly Golightly's idea of it. She tried to be scornful but ended being overawed. I thought there was a quote that explained the title, but this was the closest I found: What I've found does the most good is just to get into a taxi and go to Tiffany's. It calms me down right away, the quietness and the proud look of it; nothing very bad could happen to you there, not with those kind men in their nice suits... . _____________________

What are you reading, this week? I am reading James Patterson's newest "The Quickie", about a lady cop. so far, she's impulsive, unthinking and she isn't very bad-ass. kind of like me. Just finished reading the 4th book in the Black Dagger Brotherhood series by J.R.Ward. I saw it at the shop along with the latest Anita Blake and couldn't resist either of them. I put off rereading Clan of the Cave Bear so thats next. _____________________
