Good night everyone.

I need to toot my own horn a little. I took my new balloon to the NCI newbie show and tell tonight. I won 2nd place! (300L!) I'm pretty stoked right now. :D :D :D
The first place guy had built a giant Battletech Mech. 240 prims, and gorgeous!

Way cool Jer!! Congrats!!

Lexxi, I still can't get over how gorgeous that dragon avatar is. You seem to have a great time wearing it too. :)

Oh! This reminds me. I was out and about the other day, and at Abramations they had a sky joust game. Has anyone here tried it? Is it worth picking up one of those little dragon mounts?

Pretty much. I wonder if they are available in world. I really don't want to create an account just to get one.

Still I'd have to be pretty rich before I'd pay what it costs for first class.
The first time we went to Hawaii - a 6 1/2 hour flight from Calif. - we flew coach. I swore never again for flights that long. For flights of more than 3-4 hours, we now always go business class. We buy the Coach tickets and then use our Miles to upgrade to Business. We fly 3-4 times a year and my husband travels sometimes for business, so we have always managed to have the miles the few times we have taken really long trips.

I flew to Vegas First Class a couple of years ago, and it spoiled me. Now I won't go any other way for flights more than a couple of hours. I don't fly too often, so I can usually save up here and there to allow it, although my planned trip to Ireland next year will be a challenge. Maybe if this year's trip to Vegas goes well...

You know now that I think about it I have to admit if it was more than a couple of hours and I could possibly afford it I probably would spend the extra money. It really is miserable in coach. My recent train trip on the other hand was amazingly comfortable.

I never have a problem with coach. Of course by that time, I'm just happy to have gotten through security.

Then again, most of my flying experience has been sitting at a radar console for 12 hours at a time. I think there is a permanent trackball mark on my forehead. :)

And compared to that, coach *is* first class.
