I'd be past 5000 posts now, maybe into 10,000 posts if I didn't feel the need to constantly delete my posts. There are times . . were times it actually felt good when I was depressed to delete my posts.
Whilst I never feel like doing this when I get down, I can certainly understand being in that position.
It is still a shame though.

It is still a shame though.

i have deleted a few posts in my day, so i totally get it. but this necro-deletion is a sign of total disassociation and other 'things', which is really sad to think about in the RL way.

I've never considered deleting any of my posts after posting them, maybe because the other message board where I used to post a lot wouldn't allow you to delete posts. You couldn't even edit them more than 30 minutes after posting. But we had bbcode, hundreds of smileys and we could post attachments. I think that more than made up for the "no delete" rule. :)

i think i have deleted stuff up to a fews days after the fact... after reconsideration of consequences, etc.... but certainly not weeks or months later. that is really wierd. imo

in our family, it's the only time we can go. for both of us, winter is too busy to break away from.

Aug 18 i report bcak to my old job if i haven't found another one yet. i REALLY don't want to go back there, and i really love being home.... i'm almost thinking about being a bum.

but that's so unfair to my hubby. i'm so torn! :cool:
I would love to be a bum as long as there was still money somehow. It is not that I am lazy but I would like to work at my own projects. It is lucky you have the choice :)

lucky? i am SO lucky! my husband is a wonderful man to allow me such luxuries.

but it's time for me to give him the same gift. he's not perfectly well, so i need to get real now.

btw... i AM lazy now. i hate that. i am so undomestic lately. but you might be proud to know that since April 30 i have prepared every damm meal that man has eaten. EVERY one, minus a couple of eating-outs.... i don't like to eat out cuz my tummy is sissified.

that might not seem like a big deal to you, but he has only ever gotten dinner out of me until recently, so he is delighted! :D
