Back to prefabs, I've bought quite a few and never ever I did buy one without actually seeing a demo. So I wouldn't rely on XStreet and other marketplaces exclusively if I was OP. This is how most people shop for something other than clothing, that can be rezzed inworld. By and large, I want to see it! I rarely ever got any sales off SLX/Xstreet but I imagine that some hits came from there and any final purchases were inworld. The question is, is it worth the listing fee to do it? Not entirely sure about that. _____________________

I would recommend looking at some of your better competitors to see how they do it. I can think of Vivienne Schell and Fatima Ur off the top of my head. They both sell high quality houses, each in their own market niche, at higher, but not exorbitant prices. DAY and NIGHT - Apples and Oranges there is no such thing as a better competitor.. any and all competitors are scum and need to die horrible slow painful deaths! haha I forgot to add ... make some friends or a buncha alternate you's or get your tenants and all your lovers to plug your stuff on the internet forums. Here is a suggested template for you: (move words around and add crap as needed) "OMG you are such a talented creator.. I can't believe that not everyone owns all your stuff... this is so definetly worth 10000 stars...I TRUly love it .. " _____________________
