Got mine as usual, But if you check out the linden blog there Was an issue that delayed payments. They are going ahead as Normal Now.

You should receive it every tuesday. Not sure about the exact time, as I never bothered to find out, but I always get it on tuesday anyway. You should have received one stipend payout so far, and the next by tomorrow.
