transfered sim tier...again..Deleted why?

Yesterday I posed a question here. Will an old sim that has the old tier rate keep that rate if it is transferred? I come back today to see if anyone could help me only to find not only no answers but that my post isn't even here. Was it deleted? And if so maybe someone can tell me why? Oh yea..and if you know about the tier thing, please let me know. Thank you.
