I know this has to be in here somewhere ..if it is i'm sorry for the repeat I couldnt find it. Anyway, one question. If i buy an old sim and it is transferred to me will the tier stay at the old rate or be bumped up to the new rate? Ive looked all over for an answer to this and all I can find is the post where LL said that up until Feb. 1st they will remain the same then be reviewd. Nothing more on it. Was it reviewd? Was it changed? What will my tier be? Help? Please
