And with the new feature, if they see a friend online and want to quickly join them, just click. Yiffy is correct that the link only appears to you if the person has specifically enabled your ability to map them in their friends list. Nice touch, IMHO. Causes no new problems. Some folks will complain about any change, though.

Huh. After the update, I looked at online friends, as I do from work, and my beloved was a link... it was new, and it confused me to no end. I'm guessin' he added map for me in the meantime and didn't clue me in. Bout' time. Meggy
