Between loading up the client (when the Grid was online with approximately 35,000-odd people on it) and tapping in my username and password, the Grid was taken offline "for emergency maintenance". *sigh* YOU FRICKIN BROKE IT! |

Hi... sort of newbie here at the forums. I do come here often and read quite a lot, this is how I have learned so many things! But I'm not a good poster
 My question is, when this events happen, the so called "grid down for maintenance", do they chuck everybody out? Not a soul in there right now? Thank you |

haha na... my nachos i made are the best
handfull of chips 2 handfulls of mots (forget how to spell it) cheese nuke it for 30 sec - 1 min till brown and let sit for few minutes till cooled down instant nachos on the go XD |

Surely an ISP failure is not LL's fault. They are cut off from us just as surely as we are cut off from them! So let's blame the ISP, whoever they might be.

LL sold 3,400 new islands last month, which is a 23% increase over April.
Maybe the increased load from all those new islands has something to do with the problems. It also means they have $1 million a month in additional tier to work with. You would think they could afford to have a backup ISP on tap with that much added funds to work with. |

I went to bed early last night, with a list of SL things I needed to complete.. I've grown permabags under my eyes and settled down with a book and gobs of eyecream figuring I'd be good to go to finish my list today.. Well I only made it through 4 pages of the book and my pillow is really gross this morning.. anyhow... login, nope.. I feel your pain. Been a bit down physically the last week due to an infection in one of my teeth. Went through pain pills, strong antibiotics that tore up my stomach, root canal, more pain pills/antibiotics and today......woke up feeling the best I have in a week. Planned to spend quality time in SL putting the final touches on my new class to send to my mentor and...."SL closed for emergency maintenance." Bummer _____________________
