I did a quick Forum Search and couldn't find any results for this. Has anybody found a solution for this Bug?

After a few minutes of using SL, my Inventory Folders won't stay closed when I close them. This gets pretty annoyin if I've opened the Landmark, Objects, and Clothing Folder, any have to keep closin 'em when I go back into my Inventory.

Linden Help just told me ta make sure all "Search Fields are Clear".

Anybody?

Workaround: Open a new inventory window and close the old one. Starts ya fresh with all the folders closed.

I believe this bug is fixed in First Look, but I'm a few versions behind so I can't confirm. Anyone here using FL?

This bug should have been squashed a while ago! When I played first look and the folders behaved normally I felt kind of strange not having to open a new inventory window all the time. I stopped using first look a little while back because my prims kept disappearing.

Another work around is to enable the minimize function for the inventory window. Then you can minimize the window and it will retain the folder and search states when restored. This is a really inconvenient bug that we all have to deal with dozens of times a day. I really hope it's fixed in the First Look client.

yes it's fixed in first look.. but first look seems not to be too stable these days.

You'd better hope FL is stable now, because it goes live on Monday.
