Can't login on this computer?

Was on a few minutes ago and crashed..again. Took a 15 minute break...came back and I get 'You cannot login on this computer, contact support...etc' What is this? I found one area that said I may have been blocked by Linden. I pay for my account and this is really irking me as I don't always have time to get on. Tried uninstalling and redownloading and reinstalling. Any ideas or do I have to wait the many, many days before Linden gets back to me. Very, very frustrating.

You may want to consider whether any of your alts, or other people accessing SL on your PC have been banned. LL can actually ban your IP address. Other people on this forum will have fuller explanations....

Thanks for your response, but none of my alts have been banned and no notices. No one else uses SL on this PC...so I wait and suffer
