Get on Live Chat. TELL THEM. Don't STOP TELLING THEM, until you have some kind of answer. Be polite, it's not the fault of the Support team, except maybe the lack of a blog post. So be polite but firm.

I still haven't gotten mine. But hubby got his. Go figure. I put in a support ticket, and they sent it back "resolved." Said they were working on the problem. I don't call that "resolved" if I didn't receive my money.
At the same time, Exchange street sat on $320 and didn't credit them to Xstreet SL until I submitted a ticket there too. Now they are still L$120 short on that one. Where is that money? I know it doesn't sound like much, but if they are doing this to very many people, it can amount to a large amount of money on their end that they are holding onto. Not cool, guys. And nothing on the blog about it. Bad customer service. Just keep us posted, and most of us are willing to be patient. It's being kept in the dark that I object to. _____________________

nothing new,I use to have a paid for account (key word here USE to)
late stripen. SL adds billing always off also. System time seems to be about 6 to 7 hours different then slt (but not always) I found this playing with timers in some scripting I make. I duno why this happens.But I know why I do not pay for adds,pay for a account or pay for land (learn to build good and people will hook you up for share profit sales /me winks) All I do is each week cash out ..... and I am far from alone.... If SL would get their chit together I be temped by this new free land deal with paid for accounts... But I know inside it will just turn nothing but a big laggy problem (and I am not the type to rip on LL to much) But as of the last year I find "we are going to control the bots" big BS all it takes is one search and visit the top ones to find a mass of text bots ... In all I think the term "Some one dropped the ball" should be LLs new moto..... And that is the facts Jack........ |

ok, i know how to get outworld live chat going, but HOW do you get inworld live chat? you are supposed to use inworld live chat to ask about billing issues. i could not find it anywhere. so i contacted outworld live chat, and they told me that the stipend issue is being dealt with but the flatly refused to help me how to use the inworld support. lol. help?

omg seriously though, the live chat support person i was talking to must have been slightly retarded or something. I think that is a requirement for that position. i was polite and patient and everything, but damn, i had to rephrase my questions like 5 times and then he wouldn't even answer me. wow. seriously its amazing.

Within the last half hour or so I got mine.
There were times in the past when stipends were days late........not often but often enough that I grew to not worrry about it. I think I even remember an occassion when they were completely omitted for a week........the following week we got caught up. |
