"Feral" AO

I'd ask the furries. They'd know, if anyone would.

I'd be interested in that AO, myself. I've a couple of werewolf avi's...and giving them the option to use an anthropomorphic AO, or a feral AO would be VERY nice.

I'm pretty sure the standard walk and run speeds are fixed. The trick is getting the pace cadence right, so the feet don't seem to slide over the floor. If you guys have an idea of what exactly you require, IM me a description and I'll see what I can come up with. I have seen neko / cat AO's around, with nice jumps, floor sits etc, but I don't know if their walk /run animations would be "feral".

There a neko one..runs faster due to slight speed boost, on all fours. Jungle Voodoo I think? I can't log in right now to see.

I have been looking for something like that as well. I have a 'half-breed' White Tiger AV, and wanted something that I could use when I was in a more 'primal' mood to match my RL feelings.

I bought a leopard avatar for screenshots once, which came with an AO containing quadruped walk and run animations. Should look ok for a werewolf too I guess. The shop was called Lost Creature(s), not sure about the spelling.

The Werehouse sells quadruped dog and wolf avatars with a feral walk / run AO as well, but their legs and arms are shortened to achieve a realistic wolf-like size / shoulder height. Wouldn't work for human-sized avatars I guess.

Ninja weasel studios has a fun little feral ao that works eith human sized avas. But it is probably to cute for your ava but I think you can test it out.

No problem I hope it works for you. I have a number of the anims from it, though the entire AO didn't suit my needs. He's got a TON of anims in his main store though!

Anisa Naumova makes a single attachment that turns your JUMP (page up key) into a long distance forward pounce.

Bare Rose does an evil cat AV that includes and ao that's pretty neat. You even "sccoot" in front of chairs and couches to sit on the floor like a dog or cat (or wolf) would. The stand and walk animations are rather ominous as well. The whole thing is under 200 lindens as is everything in the shop. My friend who has the set also uses it for his doberman AV.

Jakkal's Werehouse, in their "critters" line of quad avatars. With the AO on, you're quad. With it off, you walk upright. They also have other avatars that are quads.

There used to be a chibi fox avatar that had a quad run AO in the tail, which could be adapted for use with other avatars. But they stopped selling that avatar line because of kiddy-porn hysteria. The chibi fox looked just a bit too child-like for some people's comfort.

Hey I just released a Neko AO. It has 5 walks 3 of them on all fours. The crawls are pretty feral.

While we are on the topic I will jump in and ask if there is an animation set that would work for a "Feral Wolf Girl" human? Generally bipedal, but with a feral edge to it? May work well for the OP as well.

It's not a stand-alone AO. You have to find the "Demon Cat" avatar that she has on sale there. The AO comes with it.

As a side note, it's a horrible AO. On top of that, the demon cat avatar itself isn't so great either. I do love her clothing, but at times I find her av-making skills a little questionable

true, broken. i agree about the bare rose ao. not that great.

kairi, go to aesthetic 128,128,651. what you are looking for is "anisa's neko motion". it's on a wall by itself. not on the wall with the neko ears, tail, etc. it's L$400.
