As far as I know, First Land was disabled. I am, however, looking to tier down. If anyone is interested in buying a 512 plot from me, I'm willing to subdivide my land and sell it for a minimal price to NON_LANDBOT avatars.

hey no WAY! My shop is on rental land. I just had a bunch of land on the mainland that I never even visited, so decided to get rid of it.  |

Good grief, I hate necro-posting, even if it is relevant to the argument. I was totally confused by the date started on the thread.
Look, the first land ended in February, due entirely to the whole landbot issue and the fact that they couldn't provide them at a reasonable pace. Now, keep in mind this was before the Lindens started releasing 30 sims per month. (Gee, can we say they wanted the sims to go directly to auction so they'd get more money?)
And if you look at the stupidly contradicted ToS, you have NO recourse other than a court of law.

its still an issue though because linden promoted first land long after at had been closed. so people (like me) 'upgraded' only to find firstland had been closed for months.
it was a total bait and switch and linden really disappointed me with that action. i suppose i am still annoyed by it.
