Okay never posted her before but was wondering if anyone has experienced this before.
Today i was logged in i teleported to a location but during that tp it logged me out. So i tried to log in and i got that message where u have to wait a few min before logging back in so i waited kept on tryin. Well it took me more than an hour to get in but this is the wierd part my sl hubby said i was on and that he had seen me tp and that he messaged me a few times of course i didnt get anything cuz well i was tryin to log in. I was wondering if this has ever happened to anyone or if u know anyone that has had a similiar experience

It's called Ghosting. Some portion of your Avie information (Usually the visual component) is left on the grid when you Crash. What your hubby could have done is asked the Land Owner to Eject you, a second (Involentary) TP will usually cause the grid to re evaluate your status, it will realize you are not logged in, and your Avie will clear.

Ejecting never pushes you off the sim you're on though. It seems forcefully tp'ing a ghosted AV home generally releases it after a few minutes, and I guess pushing it into a neighbouring sim would probably have the same effect. |
