I really hope you'll have this sorted out soon! Wonder if I should open up a treatment clinic for victims to Posttraumatic Stress Disorder caused by SL..

I quit advertising. I strong suggest everyone else do that to and find another alternative. If they stop recieving money from advertising they may get the point and actually do something about it Or maybe not.

Heh, I remember I think in concierge list a Linden advising someone to phone with their query because he could see whoever was taking calls wasn't on the phone. Maybe they never pick it up

When something like this happens I don't understand why LL doesn't just put the $L back in your account. It doesn't cost them anything to do that and it makes the customer happy. Why not just do the simple thing? Oh yeah...because it would be gamed.
I'm sorry this has been so hard for you. I'd e-mail billing anyway because I always get a response from them.

It's inexcusable for a company to not even respond and discuss a customer's loss of $300.00 to what may be a bug. Even if the answer is going to be, "Sorry, we're not giving your money back," they still must call and explain why.
If Second Life wants to attract businesses, the first thing that Linden Labs had better work on is customer service and assuring that Second Life is a reliable and secure with someone's money.
