I have deeded some land to my group but now I want it back.
How do I do that?

Davis travelled to Haiti in 1982 and, as a result of his investigations, claimed that a living person can be turned into a zombie by two special powders being entered into the blood stream (usually via a wound). The first, coup de poudre (French: 'powder strike'), induced a 'death-like' state because of tetrodotoxin (TTX), its key ingredient. Tetrodotoxin is the same lethal toxin found in the Japanese delicacy fugu, or pufferfish. At near-lethal doses (LD50 of 1mg), it can leave a person in a state of near-death for several days, while the person continues to be conscious. The second powder, dissociative hallucinogens like datura, put the person in a zombie-like state where they seem to have no will of their own. Wait, what? |

Sell it to yourself for $0. I was hoping that would solve it, but when I try to buy it I get a warning that my land use fees will increase from 25 to 40 $ a month. And yes, I did FIRST deed another 512 lot to my group to make sure this would not happen. I don't understand: I should be able to switch from deeding lot X to deeding lot Y without owning more than I am allowed to... |

You can take all your tier out of the group even while the land is in it. Then buy the land for L$0 and everything will be cool. I don't know how long you can leave land in a group with no tier but I've done it for the best part of a day by accident before. |

The sequence of events (my land ownership) was as follows: Allowed holdings: 4,608 square meters Current holdings: 2560 square meters Available for purchase: 25 square meters Peak square meter usage: 4,583 square meters Total monthly cost: US$25.00 Next bill date: Saturday, March 17, 2007 Deed 512... Allowed holdings: 4,608 square meters Current holdings: 2048 square meters Available for purchase: 71 square meters Peak square meter usage: 4,583 square meters Total monthly cost: US$25.00 Next bill date: Saturday, March 17, 2007 At this point I tried to sell my 512 back to myself, thinking it would be harmless, but it was not. Then I got your latest advice and: Undeed all... There was now a warning in the group dialogue box explaining that more deeded land was needed, but I ignored that for a moment... Allowed holdings: 4,608 square meters Current holdings: 2048 square meters Available for purchase: 2,560 square meters Peak square meter usage: 4,583 square meters Total monthly cost: US$25.00 Next bill date: Saturday, March 17, 2007 Sell 512 from group to me... Allowed holdings: 4,608 square meters Current holdings: 2560 square meters Available for purchase: 2,048 square meters Peak square meter usage: 4,583 square meters Total monthly cost: US$25.00 Next bill date: Saturday, March 17, 2007 Deed 2023 to group...
