How can I contact LL in an urgent case? Items vanishing from my sim

Half an hour ago I noticed that some content in my sim was missing. A bridge, some pathways, a few trees - everything in that sim corner was gone. A square of approx. 40 x 40 meters completely bereft of prims. I replaced the missing things, piecing it together from backup copies. 5 minutes later I notice that parts of my castle wall had vanished. I'm sure that I didn't select and delete anything wrong. My guess is that it's connected to the asset database problems mentioned in this thread: /327/78/190397/1.html . I noticed earlier that deleting items takes up to 3 minutes, and some items can't be deleted. Perhaps the server simply deletes the wrong things whenever a customer tries to delete an emptied sales box. Now I'm a bit terrified, who knows what might poof next. I don't have backup copies of everything. I'd rather have LL take my island off the grid until these problems are resolved. How do I contact them? Ticket takes too long, emails are never answered. Is there any emergency option?

omg!
They certaintly need some type of emergency option but I dont think there is one.
The "good news" is after things settle down you can probably do a sim roll back....
I know this probably isnt the cause at all but did you just check to make sure auto return wasnt turned on some how?

All prims were set to the group owning the land. The linksets that vanished have been around for 4 months at least.
I just rebuilt my castle wall and lost a banner. This time it was one prim only, so probably it's getting better already

the prim delete has been going haywire for the last 2 "mainenance" periods(2 weeks), taking long to delete or leave a ghost behind, had to reboot my sim more times then i`ve cleared my cache in the past couple of days, hope it won`t be the new replacement for "relog & clear ur cache" and it gets fixed tomorrow...

Walked into my tavern one time and dropped ten feet off a ledge to the floor where the staircase used to be. Looked around to see window frames, wall panels, and a variety of poseballs missing from the place. Only appeared to effect one area of the building. Instant panic at this 'ransacking'. Remedied by a 24 hour rollback which corrected the issue. Dont lay any new objects out, a rollback will erase their existance.

In the Past I've have spent months building very intricate Structures, making sure every detail is Just right. I've done this before on at least Four occasions, and had something happen, and lost a Whole lot of work. Technical faults, Sold Sims, tempermental land lords. I've lost Months of work to various forces. It's frustrating to the point of tears to have so much work Just poof on you. Rebilding never comes out just right, Sometimes it's better, sometimes not, and it takes a Lot of time and it's just plain maddening.
I've learned my lesson from those past disasters. As i've Built my Latest creation, i linked it in Large Blocks, and numbered them. In the description area, I entered coordinates, 0,0,0 for the First, and + or - measurements for the coordinates of each successive piece. EVERYTHING is backed up in my Inventory One Building in Twenty Numbered sections with Exact placement coordinates Included All the Furnishings in packages for Easy Set up. Now, if anything happens to my Building, Like Aleister's castle and bridge or a worse case, the Blue Note's Vanishment, i can replace and repair and be back in operation in under an hour.
I had to Move my building a Month ago, Three stories 8 large rooms, around 3000 prims (I said My Builds were Intricate), Piece of cake. I Deleted everything i Had on the land, and went to the New Placement area, and had the whole thing back up, and adjusted in Less than 20 minutes.
It's only a little extra work when Building, but Now i have complete confidence. I won't lose my Builds again.
Angel.

The fastest way is to go to https://secure-web5.secondlife.com/community/support.phpHowever, only if you are lucky yours get in quick. And if you know any linden and contact them they might help you faster. I had ghost prims all over my land. It took a bit but one Linden came, however my friend has for three days ghost prims in his land and still no Linden yet

I have a few items I tried to "Take" but they still were there., but the Take option was gone. All of a sudden, they disappeared, but wasn't in my inventory. When I looked at About Land, they still showed under selected/ sat upon. When LL restarted region, they were no longer in "selected / Sat Upon, but still not in my inventory. I cleared cache and still nothing, so I guess that stuff is lost.

Last time things just disappeared into thin air was right after the first bunch of roses anyone has ever bought me (I am just simply not counting something in a freebie box).
About 25K worth of stuff simply disappeared never to return. For no reason.
So Ish ... hate to say it honey but don't hold your breath waiting for things to come back ...

SL is getting worst and worst.. and they don't fix stuff but keep adding How can we be happy with so many problems? That is why I hardly come now, because I get irritated trying to do something, there is no point to get irritated, but boy... who wouldn't get mad of loosing so many valuable items from the inventory? As much as you want to "pretend" you don't get annoyed and get irritated we all do. What I do now is hit the X for exit and come back when I can handle it better. Hard to fight with SL bugs, for sure!! Now the in thing is having "Ghost Prims" in your land... not funny to play pee k boo with ghost prims... you know?

Well they play it safe and choose the "There are no Urgent cases in SL" option. i have learned to adjust to this way of thinking and my sl has been sooo much better..when i lose something or something goes wrong i just find the nearest drama pool and when i am done hearing thier problems mine seem so tiny..

Things are disappearing
06-13-2007 15:59
I walked into my club yesterday and found part of a floor missing, a railing vanished, and some expensive dance balls were gone. I KNOW the permissions were set correctly on these and they've all been in place for months.
This is potentially a big problem for the Linden economy. I for one am now hesitant to buy expensive items if they are going to just up and disappear one day.
