Towards the horizon in preview I see a hard edge where the view stops and the part of the land is real dark.

Towards the horizon in the main grid is softer and the far off land is lighter than in the preview.

The distant land's appearance in the preview is wrong looking.

Hopefully there is just some setting I have wrong. Anyone able to shed some light on this?

Perhaps a slightly different setting in far clip or fog?

Draw distance is 128 in both, fog ratio is 4 in both. If there is a far clip setting in preview it is escaping my detection.

Every in debug rendering is enabled in both.

Uninstall and reinstall has not really corrected things.
