OK, now it seems back up but says:
From: someone
A new version of Second Life is available.
()

You must download this update to use the system.
That version number makes me shudder...

Looks legit; SL 1.9.1.15 is released. I added the release notes to the wiki. No known issues list yet...

I was getting that.

Downloading from the system downloaded .14
Downloading from the preview page gives you .15 now.

with .15 installed, it tells me the grid is closed for Employees only. Hopefully not for long!

This is the suck. Oh well...maybe LL is actually testing it before releasing it to public preview...AND WILL HOPEFULLY UPDATE THE KNOWN ISSUES LIST WITH THIS BUILD'S KNOWN ISSUES. Wee...

The 1.9.1 Preview Grid is down for internal testing and will remain down until at least tomorrow (Friday) after 12 PM SLT. Let's just say *everything* is shiny, making actually figuring out what you're looking at near impossible. Whoops.

We're working on it and hope to have it back up tomorrow after lunch.

Do you guys actually test the preview on a "private LL-only preview grid" before releasing it to the "public preview grid"? Cuz, like, there are lots of, um, pretty basic/minor bugs that are appearing (UI tab focus, for example)...

Each developer has their own "sandbox" where they test their changes. The problems arise after changes are merged together and cause undesired behavior. Deploying to an internal test grid and then to the Preview grid would slow down production, since we cannot possibly test on every system configuration and every graphics card.

Tonight's problems are graphics related. We discussed it and decided opening the Preview grid to you all would be a bad idea and would pollute the bug stream with countless bug reports for things we already know about -- slowing down the efforts of the QA team. Frankly, there's too much to enter into a Known Issues page, especially for a build you'll probably never see ;-)

Oops. I forgot to address the tab focus problem :)

This bug in particular came out of a restructuring of the Edit window to more closely resemble the old Edit window. In our pre-Preview (the version we test before opening the Preview grid's doors), we found that the UI design of the Edit window after the addition of Flexible Objects and Lights really fouled up the flow of content creators who work with the numbers and not the grab handles on the primitives. This was resolved, but a new bug was introduced: the tab order didn't change. So, what you are seeing with that tab order bug is the old tab order, and the tab focus going to fields that are now on other tabs!

For the record, I verified this bug fixed in 1.9.1.14 :)

Yes, the tab focus bug was fixed but the field tab order is still borked on the texture tab (which is supposedly a known issue to you guys, according to Milo).
