Downloaded the latest preview today, but when I connect it briefly displays the loading screen then tells me 'Login Failed'. I've checked and double checked Username, password, caps lock. Anything else I should know?

The basedata on the test grid is a snapshot from live. If you did not exist on live when the snapshot was made you can't log on. Given your join date in your forum profile I assume that's your problem.

Thanks Blakar, unfortunately that makes perfect sense. Anyone know if that user snapshot gets updated with each new preview release? Because I still can't log in despite downloading the latest release. Guess I just have to wait for the release proper, which is a pity as I wanted to start experimenting with the new features!
