We will hold a series of small group discussions between January 23 and February 3 to discuss the future of zoning, covenants and empowering groups within Second Life. Please post your questions/discussions here. We will also post the chat logs from the small group meetings here.

Also, to be clear, we're looking at covenants and group tools as separate, although interrelated issues, things - there are group tools and there are estate tools and there will (hopefully) be covenant tools.
