Movement Lag in Telehub Sims?

Has anyone else noticed that since the 1.7 push, and continuing into .1, moving inside a Telehub sim is just painful? I mean, yes hubs are Important Commercial Centers and as such take forever to rez but actually moving around them has been absolutely painful for me since 1.7. I was in Ambat today and it took 5 minutes to cross the sim from Telehub to the store I wanted to get to, and even then it was slow.

Once I cross the sim border, everything starts moving normally again.
