Has anyone had this happen? I am running 1.19.1 (4) on a DELL with Windows XP. Basically when I do anything chat, purchase, put on clothes it tries to do everything twice. I have accidentally purchased multiples of items, send double messages etc... It's pretty annoying so any help would be really really helpful. The happens whether I use the mouse or track pad on my laptop :) I checked to see if it was the mouse. Thanks in advance.

it sounds like your lagging really bad and when u click on it and u see nothing happen u click on it again thinking u didnt get the first click in... when the lag catches up your pc then has two clicks recorded... if u are laggy click one time and end it!!! u just have to be patient after the first click .... dont jump the gun and click again. :D

Actually I have seen people with the issue, it's not related to lag at all, everything they do is done twice simultaneously. I'm afraid i'm not sure the cause or the cure. :(

Thanks Darien you are right. Everything I do is duplicated..Its definitely not an impatient lag thing. Even items in search show up duplicated. Very frustrating. I reinstalled and still have the same issue. Guess I will go back to my MAC :)

Try going into your mouse utility on your XP system........it's the control panel. Sounds like you have your mouse click speed set too fast.

After searching around, I found this thread:

Seems in this case the person was on a wireless connection. Not sure if that fits your situation.
