Can you drop a link to that download??? Or did you just keep it on your hard drive? How many of you folks are experiencing all those issues I mentioned?? Are you ruth'd most of the time when you log in? Failed attachments? Money showing "loading"? etc... At first it seemed isolated to my store's sim but now I'm finding it spreading, like a bad little Ruth virus that means to keep us all short and ugly Other than yesterday and this morning, all's been well for me. But I'm suspecting you want to hear from people that are having problems as well so... *slinks away*  _____________________

Actually no, I'm not really here to just step up and whine and moan like most forum posters, altho i've done my fair share here lol. I really want to know if this is a SL - wide problem or just limited to certains sims who are perhaps at a single co-location facility, etc.

Ok here's the most absurd thing I've ever heard, straight from the LL blog:
Just before 2pm our Support staff began hearing from a number Residents about various Secondlife service issues in particular regions. It appears that these issues may have been going on for a few days, but were masked by the network outages we have been working through. The issue can cause a number of different problems such as: an inability to search or use the map, failure to rez, failures while attaching, L$ balance not being displayed and odd IM behavior. Because there is the possibility of content loss, we encourage you to verify that Search works in the region you are in before attempting to rez any objects. Our development team has identified the issue and are currently working on a fix. HELLOO????? This has been going on for 2.5 weeks!!! Where were you people??? I cant COUNT how many folks submitted bug reports, admitted jira reports, etc. What a CROCK |

I've had problems for the past 2.5 weeks too, and I'm also losing quite a lot of money too. But losing money doesn't bother me much, what really bothers me is the way LL treats me as if I was totally stupid.
"may have been going on for a few days..." Not MAY HAVE BEEN - they WERE going on and not for a few DAYS, but a few WEEKS... Agree with every word, Slade, although I can't join your group, as search is not working for me either... |

I hope your new group is successfull, and i suggest its "LIKELY" you might find speaking with a attorney who handles class action lawsuits an interesting chat indeed!
Hmmm a group of disgruntled players who continue to loose lindens " which LL has implied do have value now" Working together to get thier losses of this value . Woo Hoo Bout time! Where do i sign up!??? |

Well a little advice, there are some sims out there that are functioning properly. If I dont want to be ruth'd and i have to get a search done or otherwise, I go to the Sky Plaza sim and do it there. At least I dont have to walk around with little boobies anymore lol
