When the "paying" population has to support people that can't afford the necessities of life it's called "welfare". So just because we are on a lower income and can't afford too throw away money too LL we don't get too play, i spend about £40 a month on Linden, i'd sooner pay some money into my account than have the stupid land tier, it's not like i'd ever use it.
