It looks like the whole "avatar vertex shader on doesn't match avatar vertex shader off" thing -has- been fixed in 1.10.2 (though LOD was reduced and that's a big problem, too)...
... I just need to show that lighting *still* does not match on attachments vs avatar skins even though the Vertex On/Off descrepancy isn't there anymore.
This lighting descrepancy combined with the reduced LOD is really making it rough on a lot of existing content... This is really important to the unified look of many (thousands, realistically) of avatars...
