From: Ulrika Zugzwang Ulrika sneaks off and copyrights "shangalangadingdong". ~Ulrika~ So endeth my Gorean Auction sim, before it even began... If I can't use that name, well, that's just the end of it! Just remember that THIS is the reason you'll never see a Gorean "themed" sim by me. Oh, and I would have pulled out ALL the stops and done it good, too!

I've been searching the web in vain for 15 minutes. Where does the phrase "shanga langa ding dong" come from? It must be an old song but I can't seem to find a reference that is a likely candidate for me to have heard it from. Perhaps I got it from my parents. Isn't that strange? ~Ulrika~

From: Joy Honey Maybe you're thinking of "Shama Lama Ding Dong" from Animal House? That's it! Thank you! Now there are two SL residents that make me think of songs. The first is Adam Zaius. Every time I see his name I think of the Falco song, Rock me Amadeus, although in my head it's Rock me Adam Zaius. ~Ulrika~

I had alternate words to it stuck in my head before this (Eat me I'm a Danish) Thanks, I think

From: Desmond Shang Egads! I'd rather see Caledon nuked to oblivion, before seeing it become my own personal personality-cult fetish compound! Besides, we don't have any KoolAid... To a certain extent, I think you're doomed. And I can make some koolaid.

From: Kendra Bancroft wow --I always read Murphy --at least I spell Moopf correctly I believe you're all thinking about Moof Murphy. He was that fellow who was friends with Christiano Midnight and Amy Webber. ~Ulrika~

FYI I have used Pirate's Cove since 2004 for my towns name and many people are very aware of it and I find your not being responsible enough to make sure its something not used in game very rude to even suggest it and put it up for vote.

FYI I have been crafting jokes since 2004 in the forums and many people are very aware of it and I find your not being able to figure out its not something serious very rude to even suggest it and say its not funny.

From: Moopf Murray Say what now? Ha ha ha! My post is a humorous imitative reply to Tink Buttercup's post that she apparently deleted, leaving mine just hanging there. She was upset that I recommended "Pirate's Cove" as an option, as it's the name of her sim, not realizing that the thread was meant to be humorous. That's what I get for not quoting. ~Ulrika~
