i would imagine he's far too smart to get caught doing it.;)

the perils of driving while stoned (anecdotal):

stoned driver misses his exit; laughs about it, and takes the next exit.

drunk driver misses his exit; panics and swerves trying to catch it too late, and crashes.

sober driver misses his exit; yells "aw shit" into his cellphone, swerves trying to catch it too late, and crashes.

Если не брать в расчет украинский народ, а только властные верхи, то самое отчаянное положение сложилось у президента страны. Если в течение двух месяцев не будет сформирована работоспособная коалиция, то Ющенко будет вынужден распустить парламент и назначить перевыборы. Скорее всего, при этом его партия наберет еще меньше голосов, чем нынешние жалкие 14%. При таком исходе он может смело ехать читать лекции в какой-нибудь канадский университет или, на выбор, вернуться в свою родную Хоружевку и спокойно разводить пчел.
