Underneath all that tough forum troll hide the Kritter has a heart of gold. I met Kris when she was a wee noob, back in 2003! I gave her some land and taught her a thing or two - she used to come to my classes. I remember she wanted to do fireworks, and lo' - a few months later she had a whole island with a fancy fireworks system  Kris Ritter is an excellent builder, texturer, and scripter. She owned the first island ever - Krittania - and made the first dance machine that I can remember, and this was even before custom animations came along! She evn built me a cute little Lodge in Afton, which I have kept intact for over a year. The Kritter has saved my ass more than once, and for that I am grateful. We have remained friends throughout the years in spite of our many arguments, and even when I took a break from SL I popped in to visit her. I'm reminded of that scene in the Contact movie where Jodie Foster says - "It's so beautiful...so beautiful...They should have sent a poet." Well, I really don't know Kris but I'll join the suck up thread... Her posts to most of the threads on the forums just cracks me up. I've seen her be nice, helpful in one thread, then total sarcasm in another. << those are my favorite..lol. She should definitely teach a class called Sarcastic Comebacks 101. |
