I am patient but now I realy get upset.
I sent a support request on 8.November (20 days) to billing dept. as 100$ were deducted from my account for an island buy that was not finalized. Despite sending reminders twice a week and contacting Torley who forwared the mail again (hope you did put their address into the bcc field - there is no indication you realy did forward it on the copy I received) I still have no answer at all.
Now I just read in blog again that you answer within 24 hours and there may cases it took some longer... - that is a ridiculous lie!!
I understand that you have delays with all the growth at the moment but this is intentionally not responding.
