I e-mailed, I called and left a message 6 times, I e-mailed again and agaion. Absolutely no response. QUESTION: What resource is there made available to residents to work on blocked account issues? Forum, phone calls and e-mails aren't the answer it seems. You say this isn't for urgent issues but this is the only response I have recieved to date.

If you called or mailed over the weekend, you wouldn't have an immediate response since our hours are 9AM to 6PM Monday through Friday.
Also, I checked and I don't see any emails from you in the queue concerning closed accounts. At this point my suggestion is for you to send a mail to [email]support@lindenlab.com[/email]. Our email queues aren't backed up so you should get an answer within 24 hours. Please be sure to email us from the email address where you'd like to receive your reply! Also, please keep in mind that we can't give you information about accounts belonging to other people.
We're in the process of upgrading our phone support and have added new agents to help reduce the call waiting time. If you *do* call and have to wait you will be sent to voice mail after 3 minutes. Please make sure you clearly state your RL name and phone number you'd like us to use and we'll call you back as soon as we can!
