Do you folks need some HR help recruiting a receptionist or something?

Today I have again rung the US number from the UK. I have a billing question, a tech support nightmare, and a press request, so rather than juggle three emails to nobodyspecific@ I thought I'd ring in and try to get this all actually taken care of.

It is 20:42 UK time, which is 12:42 in California, right? And its not a holiday, correct? So why after sitting on hold for three minutes do I get "there is nobody available to take your call"?

Failing the ability to actually get in touch by phone, would it be possible to get a few more contact emails beyond support@ and billing@ published? Maybe press@ would be useful to the outside world? (I'm going to hit billing@ and support@ now because I've given up on phone support.)

I do have to say, though, that while all of this is making me INSANELY CRABBY, and I think it's mean to advertise a telephone support service you clearly can't deliver, I am considering ringing back just to hear Jack Linden's recorded voice talk to me about the LindenX again while on hold.

There's nothing like a swotty Oxbridge accent to make sitting there going absolutely nowhere as pleasurable as can be. Hubba hubba
