I recently responded to a Technical Issues thread asking about ports and IP ranges. My information is limited however, and I was hoping you could provide me/us with official information so we can better set up our routers.

The only official information I was able to find came from the firewall info in the Knowledge Base, which seemed somewhat incomplete for this level of detail.

1) What IP address ranges should we list for the SL client to communicate with? (not including 3rd party streaming content, of course)

2) What port ranges are used to communicate with SL servers (inbound and outbound) and what are the associated protocols (UDP, TCP)?

3) When using NAT routing, is it beneficial to serve the afforementioned ports via the router (using the LL's IP ranges)?

4) Do you have any further general router settings suggestions for those of us with a NAT'd LAN ?

5) When specifying which port the client should use (via the target shortcut method), which ports (and their associated protocols) will remain outside of that specified port (TCP 443, 80 etc)?

Thank you and keep up the great work.
