Still Waiting For Something To Be Done

Well it has been over a week when I was charged for 2 classifieds that I shouldn't have been and I first posted here on 9/14. That post is up to page 8 now with many other posts that have never been answered.

I am wondering will they ever be? Will someone actually go and respond to all those posts that never got answered? I think not, since other posts since then have been. I find that dishearting because it makes us think we are not being listened to or helped!

I didn't get an answer so I posted again and that second one was deleted!! Which made me feel worse then just not being listened to:/

So I posted again and copied the first post which I copied below and the response I finally recieved on 9/18. The problem I have now is that post is on page 5 and I dont have the confidence anymore that anything is really being looked into or will be done about it. All someone has to do is look in my account see the money was taken out for those 2 classifieds and return it. After all I wasn't the only person to say the same thing happened to them. But I have seen no return of L's and nothing more said to my post.

So I am here again wanting answers but definetly the 2165L's returned to me. Answers to why it happened should not delay me getting the L's returned. And if it goes longer it will take more time to look into and figure out because I unchecked the renew box again. I certainly do not want to keep getting charged. So if the classified goes away then what??

I know 2165L is not alot but even if it was 1L or 100,000L the point is it should not been taken and most importanly since it was should be given back and then the bug looked into.

I just don't understand why I am not getting any help with the classified problem I have posted twice about! I see 5 pages of questions since my first post about the problem and I am not alone in that it looks like the questions are picked through and the rest are left with no response to just move along the pages... kind of like a out of site out of mind thing.

Below is the original post I made and the second post has been totally deleted which I feel is very wrong considering I had never gotten an answer to the first one and now its on page 5.

Who is it that is supposed to answer and help with this problem? Please someone respond because I know there was a few others that had the same problem and the first one got a half way response and the others like me didnt get any.

I unchecked the renew box on 2 of my classifieds last week but didn't delete because there still was some days (6) paid for. I saw today I was charged again for them. I went in game to see and sure enough they renewed and the check box is checked again, I didnt touch it, wasnt sure if I should.

The 2 classified that should not have renewed was for Golden Gardens - Maroon for 1050L and Rufeena Home Store - Maroon for 1115L. Can I please have my 2165L returned to my account Please and those 2 clasifieds deleted. Thanks
