On the 30th I posted about my not being able to view any of my US$ billing details:

I did send an email to billing via the form on the support page, but am yet to hear anything, and I still can't access info on the transfer and tier fees that are being applied to my account :/
I noticed a couple of other posts from residents experiencing the same problem, and so wondered when there is likely to be a fix?
