My 'Account History' page shows no billing history for the last 45 days; is this related to the update problems, or is this something I need to follow up independently?

Hi Hiro! I'd contact our billing dept. about it; I haven't heard of this being an update-related problem (yet) but will do a blog post if it is. Good luck.
