Nope, I won't let this one go :p.

Its been a while since a Linden Commented on proposal #49 (I forget how long).

From: someone

We are investigating the addition of filleted and chamfered cubes. Creating these structures is much more difficult that making a simple cube, and therefore requires research on the impact of these new primitives on polygon count. We are experimenting with this, but cannot commit to adding it until we gather more data.

I was wondering if it would be possible to get an update of any kind or any findings so far?

Also have we lost the individual URLs for feature votes? Can't seem to get to anything other that secondlife.com/vote

Thanks in advance!

Zap

Whoa, flashback, Zap!

I remember when you asked this: /139/b1/93086/1.html

Currently, I know of no updates to this and it's not actively being worked on; there are many other ongoing projects taking priority--I inquired about it a couple of weeks myself.

As for the vote URLs, the frame design makes it tricky to get URLs. :\ What I have to do is use the Search, and then in the list of results, I right-click on the URL and "Copy Link Location" in Firefox.

Nice to see you here. :)
