Flex prims

Hello, Im seling clothes with some flex prims attachment.
My flex capes are broken if it used twisted prims after the last update.

I want to know if this is a bug, or this is not a bug, thats mean I made cape under the bug so you guys fixed it and happen...? If this is not a bug, and be with this version of this flex prims behave, I need to fix my products and update for all of customer, please let me know as soon as possible.

Update for more detail
1) This problem is only happen on if the prim benn twisted by 'Twist Begin and End'.
2) If you zoom camera, its happen but move far from the prims, its fix like before update.
