Linden Answers answer deadline policy?

Is there any PUBLISHED policy for amount of time that must pass before a “legitimate” question posted to Linden Answers must be answered?

I have seen several answers posted in regards to this that basically state that if a Linden happens across a question that they happen know the answer to, they answer it, which begs the question: is there anyone collecting a list of unanswered questions so that some Lindens can pow-wow to come up with an answer?

I ask this because I have asked several questions on this forum in the past ( on 9/11/2006, 9/13/2006, 9/15/2006, 11/2/2006, and 11/6/2006 ) and only one of them (9/11/2006) has been answered, and I notice that quite a few people “ahead of me” in the queue have received answers.

Hi Buster! We try to answer questions in a timely manner (the sticky note at the beginning of this forum promises 10 days) but as the number of questions increases it has become increasingly difficult to respond personally to every post. The fact that some posts are not really questions or are requests for support that we can't address in this forum makes that situation even more difficult. I'm not saying that your posts are inappropriate, just explaining why they may have been overlooked in the sheer volume of posts.
